I did not pass the Grammatika exams which are difficult, and a bid I placed for a job was declined because of not enough writing examples available.

Does that mean I give up? Not anytime soon!  It just tells me I need to do more and work even harder.

I can retake the Grammatika exams when I feel ready. The exams tought me a good deal and now I now that I have short comings and when to concentrate to improve. It only takes practice and diligence to make it.

Facilitating courses and taking course will also help improve my skills. Reading and completing book reviews are also another way of impproving my skills.
