Software has been upgraded to v1.8.6. If you encounter any problems, please contact Admin.
PLEASE NOTE:
The blog system will be down Sunday as I upgrade the b2evolution blogging software from v 0.9.2 to 1.9.1 beta. The latest beta version is stable and is going through final testing now, so we should be fine. The reason for the upgrade is mainly to allow a better WYSIWYG (Google "Tiny MCE" for more info). There are other bugs it fixes, which exist mostly on the back end.
To do this, I will need to take the blog system down starting Saturday night at Midnight EST, which means you won't be able to post anything. This is a good thing, because any posts made during the upgrade would most likely be lost. I will be backing up the blog and doing some testing during that time that will probably run into Sunday. I plan to have the system back up by Sunday night Midnight EST at the latest.
I apologize for any inconvenience. If there are any concerns, e-mail me at heavilymental [AT] yahoo [DOT] com or drop me a comment below.

What can set a work at home professional apart from the pack – a book. Of all the marketing information, all the link generating, and all the hype about work at home opportunities, nothing gains a writer prestige or paid assignments like a book.
Anyone competent writer can write a book. Writing one that is sellable and will promote the author is not so easy to write. Not even the largest publishers can guarantee the success of a book. Trends, target audiences, marketing, promotion, and even world events can affect the sale’s and impact of a book.
I just finished writing a series of articles on the common mistakes made by freelance writers that can cost them money. Now I am going to write a series that will help writers make money.
It is not important whether the book sells 100 or 1000 or 1 000 000 copies. It does not matter whether the book is 75, 100, or 300 words. It doesn’t matter whether the book is released through a free service like lulu.com . The book’s purpose is to trumpet your niche to the entire world, and act as a brochure, telling others that you are more than qualified to write articles on a particular topic.

I have a life coach. I talked to her the first time three weeks ago, and I just finished my first $1000 week. Not only that, I had 2 x 3 hour breaks through the week. That is something I never do. I use to believe that I worked hard. Well, I was working hard, but I wasn't managing my emotions - and that was draining me.
Here is some a review of her book and her coaching.
About Lori's workbook:
Last week was the first time I earned $1000 a week. Usually, I crash at the $800 mark. I just stress and cave. I only talked to Lori for a half hour, less than three weeks ago, and now I can accomplish more. Not only that, I took time off yesterday evening to watch videos with my son, and spent this afternoon with my husband. I feel no guilt, because I know I'll meet my deadlines this week without a problem.

Alchemy of the Spirit is a simple, direct approach to understanding what really motivates you. With examples, simple explanations and easy, insightful exercises, it opened the doors to a depth of creativity and passion in my life I didn’t know I had in me. I’m more confident in everything I do. I’m not just setting goals, but am completing them easily and having fun in the process! If you’re stuck in a rut – whether you want to loose weight, find more time, develop the career you love, of just want ‘more’ from life, this is a must read!
Here is a review I wrote about Lori's coaching:
I’ve used all the excuses: I don’t have time, I’m afraid, I’m stuck, I’m overwhelmed, I wish I could but… Lori’s simple questions and endless patience taught me how to tap into the resources I already had to create the outcome I really wanted. I’m more relaxed, the days seem to flow with fun and enthusiasm, I’m more creative as a writer and having more fun as a mom – and I’m accomplishing the goals I’d given up on. I recommend Lori to writers, moms, and anyone who wants to live a deeper, more satisfying life.
Aoccdrnig to a rscheearch at an Elingsh uinervtisy, it deosn't mttaer in waht oredr the ltteers in a wrod are, the olny iprmoetnt tihng is taht frist and lsat ltteer is at the rghit pclae. This is why there are spelling mistakes. However, if you want to learn a trick - read backwards. You can read this 'fast' and your eyes will ignore the mistakes. But, if you try to read it fast backward, you will get eye strain becuase your eyes keep trying to stop when it doesn't recognize the letters. You see one word at a time. Next, read this second paragraph backward - you can go faster, without eye strain, because your eyes recognize the words.
So, when you read backward, your eyes are 'recognizing patterns' not reading words.
