Our New Life Coach

I have a life coach. I talked to her the first time three weeks ago, and I just finished my first $1000 week. Not only that, I had 2 x 3 hour breaks through the week. That is something I never do. I use to believe that I worked hard. Well, I was working hard, but I wasn't managing my emotions - and that was draining me.

Here is some a review of her book and her coaching.

About Lori's workbook:

Last week was the first time I earned $1000 a week. Usually, I crash at the $800 mark. I just stress and cave. I only talked to Lori for a half hour, less than three weeks ago, and now I can accomplish more. Not only that, I took time off yesterday evening to watch videos with my son, and spent this afternoon with my husband. I feel no guilt, because I know I'll meet my deadlines this week without a problem.

Alchemy of the Spirit is a simple, direct approach to understanding what really motivates you. With examples, simple explanations and easy, insightful exercises, it opened the doors to a depth of creativity and passion in my life I didn’t know I had in me. I’m more confident in everything I do. I’m not just setting goals, but am completing them easily and having fun in the process! If you’re stuck in a rut – whether you want to loose weight, find more time, develop the career you love, of just want ‘more’ from life, this is a must read!

Here is a review I wrote about Lori's coaching:

I’ve used all the excuses: I don’t have time, I’m afraid, I’m stuck, I’m overwhelmed, I wish I could but… Lori’s simple questions and endless patience taught me how to tap into the resources I already had to create the outcome I really wanted. I’m more relaxed, the days seem to flow with fun and enthusiasm, I’m more creative as a writer and having more fun as a mom – and I’m accomplishing the goals I’d given up on. I recommend Lori to writers, moms, and anyone who wants to live a deeper, more satisfying life.
