Instructions to Post a Sponsor Page on the Website

When you want to create a new sponsor page, you need to post a “story”. These are the instructions to post information to your sponsor section.

In the left margin - located under your user name near the bottom of the page, you see “Content” and click on “story” (http://www.inspiredauthor.com/promotion/node/add/story).

There are a lot of options. If you follow the instructions below, you shouldn’t have any problems. In the beginning, you might find it helpful to print out the details.

Click “story” and enter a title in the “title” block.

Enter a Catchy Title that includes keywords for your book, blog, business etc

The information about your book, business, products or services that you want to post needs to be entered into the “body” block.

The “input format” is preset – it doesn’t need to be changed.

In the next category section scroll to the "sponsor" section and click on the category that suits you the best. If you don't see one that seems appropriate, contact me and I can add a new sponsor category for you.

"Menu Settings" - add your title

"Comment settings" - choose "read/write"

You don't need to do anything with "file attachments".

In "URL Path Settings" - enter a two to four word title for your new page. Its best to use keywords.

“Author information” and "Publishing Options" are preset.
