Short Bio

I grew up in a small town in Indiana and always wanted to write and do theatre. By the time I was five, before I could actually spell, I had organized the neighborhood kids and given them dialogue lines to say. We did little plays on my front porch, and the mothers came to watch.

My first psychic experience happened when I was seven. My best friend died in a car wreck. Her ghost talked to me about three months later. My family didn't believe me. That set up some of the major issues of my life.

I went to college, married, had two sons, and divorced. I moved to Arizona and taught high school speech, drama, and English. I also taught college English. I wrote plays and school books for many years and have had plays produced and one of my texts is still in use in some colleges.

I have two sons, two daughters-in-law, and three grandchildren. I live in Glendale, Arizona and serve as president of Arizona Authors Association.
